WILLIAM MOON OBITUARY Mr. William "Bill" C. Moon age 75 of Houston, Texas, entered this life on March 24, 1948 in Fort Baker, California with his twin sister Rory. He grew up in the path of a military father moving from place to place: Meade, Kansas, Fort Riley, Kansas, Mineral Wells, Texas, and then Killeen, Texas where he graduated from Killeen High School class of 1966. Was inducted in the US Army. Was trained to be a Cannon Crew member in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Later served his country with a tour in Vietnam where he earned the Vietnam Service Medal/Vietnam Campaign Medal/Vietnam Gallantry Medal w/palm as an artillery man.
