As South Texas College of Law Houston approaches its centennial anniversary, the school decided to revisit its founding mission: to ensure that Houston has access to great attorneys, President and Dean Michael F. Barry said. From that discussion, STCL Houston decided to offer a part-time online schedule beginning in fall 2023 that will allow students to earn an American Bar Association-accredited Juris Doctor degree — the first of its kind in the city. 'We thought, ‘What would our founders do?'" Barry said.
