DeYona Gaston scored a game-high 20 points Wednesday, Dec. 21 for Texas in a 96-34 victory at home over Houston Christian.Courtesy/Andy GonzalezAUSTIN - Texas women's basketball head coach Vic Schaefer's game plan against Houston Christian was to utilize the inside presence of Deyona Gaston and Khadija Faye. The dynamic duo had another stellar performance and led Texas to a convincing 96-34 victory over the Huskies on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at the Moody Center. 'We really wanted to go inside and we talked about it in pregame, and I felt that we could do that, and we did in the first quarter,' Schaefer said.
