Houston is the star of the 15th annual Houston Cinema Arts Festival, the area's leading annual showcase for independent filmmaking. Taking place Nov. 9-19 at various locations around the city, the festival is being presented under the theme of "Bring It on Home" and will put an emphasis on movies made by Houstonians or filmed in the Bayou City. The lineup was announced Saturday night. Leading this list is a 25th anniversary screening of Wes Anderson's 1998 film "Rushmore" at St. John's School, where much of it was shot.
