If I could give no stars I would but 1 star is the minimum so I guess I have to give them that. My experience at villa toscana was the same as most of the people who gave these reviews. It was terrible. The management doesn’t care about their residents or the living space. All they care about it the money and only the money. They hit you with random fees all throughout your lease and when it is up that hit you with a farewell bill that is full of outrageous charges. The managers will tell you something then completely go back on what they said. The people in the office don’t answer the phones nor show any intrest in helping the tenants that pay to live there. I was a resident that cares about my living space and the area all around my area was dirty all the time and with all the complaints from myself and the tenants around me they didn't care nor resolve any of the mess. All around terrible experience. I feel Bad for the tenants that I became friends with over my time at villa because they continue to deal with negligence of the staff for the remaininder of their leases. I hope you all that are looking for future residents reads the reviews below before making the same mistakes that myself and all the people below have made.
