I have had a sleep number bed for many years and was initially pleased with it but recently I have had leaks with the inflatable mattress and now and issue with the mechanical pump. I have been waiting a month for a part that was on back order and when I was told last week it was finally in, they would not expedite shipping. It has now been a week since that phone call and I am still waiting for the pump. I think a month is way too long to have to wait for parts and inexcusable not to have had a phone call to explain the situation it was only after waiting weeks and several phone calls I was finally told about the back order. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this product because of the service I am re giving. Still waiting. Hope it comes soon. I am about to get rid of it completely and buy another brand.
