I'm not usually one to write bad reviews about customer services, we all go through rough days, even employees. I understand, I work in retail. But the way people acted towards us was as we were non existent. We are in need of a dryer and we decided to go to the Sears outlets on Griggs. We walk in, we are greeted but that's about it... We began looking around for a dryer but no one ever asked if we needed help. As soon as a man of a different skin color walks in the store, one of the employees almost runs up to him in a friendly tone asking if he needed help, which we were there for a good 20 minutes and no one bothered to help us. I go up to a lady since the two men looked intimidating but she was just as rude as the other two guys. While i was translating everything to my mom, the lady was getting impatient. I'm sorry if anyone else had a bad experience with the staff.
