The facility was flooded during Harvey. No one called us. Finally on Sept 10, one of our club members, our dog club had a storage unit, called to ask their hours. It was then that she found out that the entire facility was flooded. They told her that we had until the end of that week to get our items out of storage. It was also that week that we received a letter stating as much. They had our current contact info, but didn't call. We had paid for a full year, and we are still awaiting our check for the unused portion of 2017. You call, no one calls back. The day I took our last items out of storage, Sept 15, and told the person in the office that we had emptied out our unit, I noticed that his porsche was parked in their handicapped parking space. No handicap plate or placard.

I do not recommend this place I had a very bad experience as the name manager Cris treated me and put me in wrong with his boss, in this place they see you in a lower way maybe because they just want high class customers, but that's not the In case of many who work and go out to find the best for our families, with decent and honest work, here you can not make any movement if it is not inside your unit, which is impossible because it is often necessary to use the parking space of Your unit to order your space but that is forbidden here, you can not do anything or be in front of your unit fixing your things because cris will come and you will tire until you get tired and take your place, this is a place that looks great, but lacks Of the most important thing in any business, which is respect and good service to the clients the worst experience of my life I do not recommend it, I made a big mistake in acquiring the service of this place They took me without giving me overnight under threats to call the police, I hope the owner has the courage to answer me so he can reason with what I say is the truth since I did not have the right to defend myself on his property, but here Is the public opinion and here we all have the right to say
