I would give this place zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage here and had the worst experience. 1. The customer service at the front desk was awful. The woman promptly asked me for payment and to tip my masseuses before the massage. She never asked us to fill out any paperwork or give information on trouble spots etc. We didn't find out they would both be men until we were already undressed and on the tables. 2. One of the massage therapists spoke English and the other didn't. This would normally not bother us, however the one that spoke English kept making fun of the other one. He kept making comments about how bad he was and that he "didn't know what he was doing" and called the other masseuse my boyfriend's "buddy" and accused my bf of "snoring" and being my "bodyguard" etc. very awkwardly. 3. He continuously asked me questions. Some of them were good and expected " where do you need concentration, what hurts, how much pressure" etc. Some of them were inappropriate. when you are massaging someone and ask them every few minutes "how are you feeling" "How does this make you feel" over and over and over, it starts to make you feel nervous and unsafe. Also, while I was being chatted up, my bf's masseuse didn't know how to ask or couldn't ask where my bf needed focus, injuries, pressure etc. The english speaking one didn't help at all. I even tried to introduce them, and tell them that he had trouble areas too, but this fell on deaf ears. The english speaking masseuse refused to help my bf have a pleasant massage and only made derogatory comments to him, while trying to chat me up. 4. their technique was sloppy. We have had massages before and have never experiences such unhelpful and sloppy work before. There was not enough pressure on my boyfriends massage, and he felt like it only irritated his muscular aches with the rubbing. And my masseuse had sloppy techniques pressing on my eyelids during my facial massage, shoving the blankets up my legs and trying to wedge them awkwardly. it was a mess, and I felt horrible for bringing my bf to this place only to leave irritated and with his back hurting worse than ever. 5. Afterwards my bf's masseuse walked off (after leaving unexplained once during the massage too) and never returned. Mine returned with towels for me to wipe oil off my body, and noticing that my bf had non, did nothing but smile. 6. When I called to complain and request she give me my money and at least the tip I gave before the "service," I was argued with and told that what I said happened was my fault and I should have seen the paperwork at the front desk to fill out etc. She told me they don't monitor their masseuses and had no way of knowing what went on back there. When I explained that I had just told her what went on, she told me should have to call me back and talk to the owner and the masseuses about it. 7. upon the call back, I had to reexplain my story to another woman who dismissed my concerns telling me " I get massages too often" that "everyone is sore after a good massage and that was why my bf back hurt worse (not the case, we know the difference)" that my masseuse was being "friendly" making sure I was "comfortable" and that her men are the "best masseuses." She accused me of changing my story and that I could come in for another massage, to which I said I would never subject myself or anyone to another massage at her establishment. I said all i want is my money back for a "service" that i was not given to my satisfaction, and then she hung up on me. Moral of the story is Do Not come here. Unprofessional customer service, unprofessional behavior and sloppy useless massages is all you will find.
