Poor bedside manner, rude , unprofessional never got back to me with any results and didn’t leave the room after a pelvic exam I had to dress infront of her. She did my exam silently and didn’t say a damn thing and was rough with the hooha. Talk about awkward. It turns out I had kidney stones I passed a few days later but had it been something else it could have developed into something. She sounded agitated and even though I said I had stomach and back pain she didn’t order an U/S or CT. Just prescribed me ibuprofen. Terrible doctor. Please do yourself a favor and Do NOT make appointment with her you will regret it. I still haven’t heard back months later. Soooo she’s awful... as a doctor I mean I don’t know her personally she might be a nice lady at home but in office she’s a goblin.

I asked Dr.Sandoval to do a order form for physical therapy that was needed after a stroke and she stated that she couldnt because she did not know the patient. We had showed her the paperwork from the rehab center and she was our primary pcp who we rhought would help us. Two weeks later after continuing to ask about the order form her nurses told us they were on it and were going to fax the forms to the therapy place. I called again today and the therapy still telling me that Dr.Sandoval hasnt sent in the order form. I am switching pcp.
