Hookah2Nite in Houston, Texas

Let me start off by saying this is not my 1st time to visit here the 1st time was about 1 year ago and the place has doubled in price since then. I have been to other hookah bars and this is by far one of the most expense. They charge for everything they charge taxes and then a service fee on top of that.... taxes I completely understand but what is the service fee for. When I asked for the break down of the changes the fees were never mentioned. I asked for the receipt he said it would be texted to me we went Friday night and I just received it today which is Sunday. We paid $70 for being there 1.5 hrs they told us because it was 4 of us (2couples) we had to get 2 hookahs. Our friends were only going to be there for a about 45 mins but we still needed 2 hookahs according to the staff. It took the guy about 20 mins before he came over and set up the hookah and another 10-15 to start it and no one ever apologized for the wait. If want to use there music box on the wall it's not worth it because they will not turn the music up for u. We paid 5 for 18 songs but only got 7. When we asked for them to turn up the music twice they said okay but never did. We will not be returning. The response to the review was that they charge the fee because people do not tip... If you gave awesome service people would tip. I feel even more mad because of the rudeness of the response.

Best hookah shop on the northside. Cool and clean lounge area. Great flavors. Great customer service. And open until 4am You can't beat that! If you like great quality hookah this is the spot.
