This rating is for the staff that handle phone calls/appointment requests. NOT Dr. Holt and the surgeons themselves. The surgery part, and the Dr. are all awesome, no doubt. Trying to get phone calls back from the bill dept. when THEY OWE YOU MONEY is the trick. I have left no less than 4 messages over the course of a couple months...plenty of time given to someone that is busy as I'm sure a billing dept. is, but NO return phone call to tell me anything. Their message says 'we see over 500 patients a week'. Well, the quick answer to that is to staff up, so you can handle the load, otherwise, bad word of mouth will help ease that patient load pretty quickly.
