This is an updated review of Hercules. The reason behind my upgrade from 1 star to 4 is Louis Daniels of Hercules MP. I was having significant issues dealing with Hercules after a number of my items were damaged and Louis made it right enough for both parties to be happy. - Summary of service; My wife and I were moving and needed a 2 month storage as well as move while waiting for our new home to close. The pick up by Hercules went smoothly without any issues. About 90% of our home was packed and Hercules finished the last 10%. My wife was home for the pick up and felt as if she was treated with respect and that no one tried to take advantage of a pregnant women by herself. She had nothing but glowing reports /updates for me while I was stuck at work. Hercules stored all of our belongings for 2 months at a price that made it worth not renting a truck and storage units myself. Drop off went smoothly and I really like the crew they sent; no one was sitting around or goofing off. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - Hercules lost one star do to trying to change pick up and drop off windows the day before the each scheduled event. I understand they are trying to stream line their schedule but I have to keep the schedule I have because my life needs to be as stream lined as possible too, (Louis fixed these issues as well). We did have several items damaged (all packed by us), Hercules uses the most insane packing tape know to man and it was a pain in the butt to get it off the appliances were it made contact and our vacuum cleaner disappeared. Settlement for the damaged items goes through a lengthy process and if you want full reimbursement submit a full list within 48 hours. Conclusion- Despite the hassles experienced through out the process Hercules has been the most honest and hard working of all the movers I have ever used. I hope not to need their services anytime soon but they will be the first company I call if that need arises.

I needed to move some furniture. I had a limited window of time in which to get this done. The staff at Hercules Movers were so helpful and accommodating. They got the job done with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Everything arrived in good condition and on time. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.
