My experience with this location was horrible. I sat in the bank for 3 hours while the Assistant Branch Manager "attempted" to help me close & reopen an account, however she screwed up both accounts. I was told to return the next day to sign paperwork which would only take a few minutes & that turned into a 2hr ordeal because of the numerous errors done the day before. At this point I'm furious. I waited patiently the first day because it is a busy location but for my accounts to be totally screwed up & 6hrs wasted & time away from my job is just unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank here after yet again another day of nothing being solved. 1. The tellers move extremely slow. Not one of them had the sense of urgency. 2. Clearly management doesn't know what they're doing. 3. Things are not explained effectively when issues arise. 4. They waited until i got upset to show any type of empathy. 5. Workers are not detail oriented leaving room for $600 mistakes. 6. There was not a notary present to handle dispute paperwork.
