Wonderful employees. Very timely to pick me up, and the agent who helped me in the office was great. I told him the car could have been a little "cleaner" but it was not horrible or anything. He took note and said they would make sure a better job would be done on their other cars. Overall, a very good experience and I will continue to use them when I have a rental car need.

I wasn't picked up... I had an appointment for pickup last week at 10:00AM. No one ever showed up at my house. By 10:45, Enterprise STILL had not arrived. Luckily, my spouse was able to drive to the Enterprise location at which I had made my appointment. When I arrived, I asked "What happened?" They couldn't give me an answer, seemed to have no record of my appointment date/time, and gave me the excuse that "they've been really busy." Well, so was I that day. And left to them, I wouldn't have gotten done what I needed to get done either. I decided to get my car from the Enterprise on 59. Better customer service and the deposit is half the cost.
