I found him very condescending and rude - most of the staff in his clinic were the same. I said good morning to another doctor who walked into an area where I was waiting and she literally looked at me without a word and then walked away. The only bright spot of this visit was the nurse who attended me, who was friendly and kind - I didn't get her name unfortunately.

Dr. Xu's office will overcharge and make you call around between their medical billing and insurance. They put in codes, medical billing inflates the prices and they hound you to pay up months after your visit like scam artists. The doctor himself is very impatient, doesn't like to answer questions or explain things. The visits are quick, which is why it's astounding that he would tack on so many charges. Avoid at all costs.
