This was my first and last experience with this doctor and clinic. I scheduled my appointment for 1030 am. The office called me the day before the appointment and told me my appointment was at 8:30 am. They changed my appointment time without notice. Waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor; I'm sure it was closer to an hour. I requested blood lab work for my annual wellness exam. Dr. Ramos declined my request and wanted me to come back for another appointment for lab work in 3 months. There was no reason for me to come back in 3 months for lab work. I was already fasting over 10 hours, and I was not sick. The exam was sub par at best; nurses and interns did all of the work and questions. They did not take my weight or blood pressure correctly. Pretty much wasted my time coming to see Dr. Ramos. I work in the medical field, and I know why he wanted me to come back for lab work at another visit. Avoid this clinic and doctor.

This doctor (Ramos) is arrogant, doesn't explain things and instead uses his hands to explain it to you like you are retarded. He doesn't call you by your first name (my case at least), and he suggests referring you to another place which can not treat you because according to them this doctor should of have to begin with. He asks personal questions which have nothing to do with the medical condition clearly explained to him months prior, and this is done because he either is an A hole and he knows it or perhaps this little prick of a doctor is stressed out. I would not recommend him because his labs could give you a misdiagnosis and will have you worried for nothing. He has screwed my medical records with an erroneous diagnosis, and other medical and compassionate health care professionals will not even consider seeing me because of just that alone! Avoid this creep like the plague!
