Over the weekend, two of my trucks had flat tires. I knew Discount Tire would be busy so I took the flats off the trucks myself and brought them in as loose tires. I dropped em off to have them repaired while I did a few errands in the area. While dropping them off, the rep was able to find a nail in one tire but couldn't locate the leak in the second. He said they'd be able to locate it in the shop. Two hours later I pick them up and drove home. After putting the tires back on I realized both were still flat. I inspected the tire and the nail the rep had initially found wasn't even removed. Not sure what they were doing with the tires, but fixing the leaks definitely wasn't it.
