5 stars across the board!! I would stay here every time! My family and I were put out by Hurricane Harvey, and we got the amazing pleasure to stay here! The general manager, Sebastian, helped out in every way he could and was so warm and welcoming whenever we came "home." If he wasn't there, then Fauzia, Kenny and Michael were with smiles and were always friendly with my kids. All of them did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. The food was great! Dianne, in the kitchen was amazing. She was so sweet and always made sure my kids had their favorite breakfast foods. She is a bright ray of sunshine, every day! I haven't ever seen her unhappy. The rooms were always kept up and clean. Lillian and Terry were always sure that we had clean sheets, and towels in our rooms. They were awesome and always went a step above. Marco over saw all the maintenance in the Hotel and made sure IF there was an issue it would be fixed within an hour at most. They even went to the extent of throwing my kid's a birthday party and the whole office staff was apart of it! It was a surprise to my kid's and to us! I would recommend this hotel to everyone I come in contact with. This has been a great temporary home. They have become like a little family to us and will always remember my stay here. They have touched a very big part of my heart!
