My husband and I personally had a great experience. At first, Home Depot delivered the wrong tiles and our installers were very nice about telling us they weren’t the correct ones. But we got it taken care of and a husband and wife came back and did our entire home within 3 days. When I called Cooper, they were extremely friendly and said the correct tiles should have been double checked by Home Depot staff and all ready for the installers to get started. Our floors look beautiful and we will be recommending those same installers to our church group. Also, I think some of the reviewers on here don’t know anything about flooring and are just expressing their anger. For example, why would you want your tile, wood installed if your floor isn’t leveled? Do you want to have to re-do them in a few years again? My cousins used to install hardwood and said never, ever install hardwood unless your floor is leveled, which in many cases is not for older homes.
