Called to see if they could do my car today (Sunday) they said yes I can drop off and they will get to it since I don't have an appointment. Dropped my car off and then I get a call around 4:15 (they close at 5:00) stating they cannot find my wheel lock. Well, I know that it is always there and have had to use it several times when I got a flat tire. I always put it back in the same spot and now it is gone?? To me it seems like they did not want to do my car so they must have misplaced it for me. Now I have to get with the dealership and go through the hassle of getting a new one. I really needed my brakes done and now I will have to handle the wheel lock situation and then find another place to do my brakes. All they had to do was tell me they could not do my car today and that would have been ok now they have given me an issue to fix. Thanks Brake Check, no recommendation for you. You would have gotten a five star if you would have taken care of me and not screwed me over.
