A seat on cloud 9!!!! This was the best experience i have had all year!! When i walked in i was greeted with tranquil and relaxing scents from the candles and reed diffusers they had for sale. Holly at the front door escorted me to my foot soak where i relaxed in a large leather chair with a glass of wine and nothing but the sound of water running over marble slabs on the wall. 20 minutes later Shelly gave me the best massage i have ever had in my life! I received a 30 stress relief back massage followed by a reflexology massage on my legs and feet. The heated bed became more like a cloud with every pressurized stroke! (the face part was scented also!!! It really gave it an extra for me with every inhale!) From there i was moved to the facial room with Anna and WOWed again!! So much more then what i expected!! Im not sure what all was put on my face b/c my eyes were covered with 'relaxation bags' but it all smelled GREAT!! The 5 minutes it took to clear out my pores were not the most pleasant but i really appreciated it when i got to my car and pulled down my visor mirror to see how clear and vibrant my skin was! I will be going back in 2 weeks for another massage! I HIGHLY recommend this place to every/any one!!

My husband bought a spa package for me that included nails, facial, massage, and lunch. The experience was great and the staff was super friendly my only complaint was that my French mani/pedi literally started peeling off in the second day. It was super disappointing especially since I don't get to be treated to that often and it was expensive. When someone called a few days later to ask about my experience I told them what had happened and they said they had been experiencing this problem with other customers and were looking into a different line of polish. That's awesome but that really didn't do anything for me. I don't think it was a stretch to expect them to either be redone or refunded. Cheaper salons have offered repairs when polish has chipped before and this establishment seemed a lot more upscale. I enjoyed the spa like atmosphere but because of this I won't be back.
