Don't be influenced by some earlier bad reviews - they must be about the previous agent, because the current agent/franchise owner, Trina of The Jata Group LLC could not be more helpful or pleasant, sometimes in some very trying circumstances, in our case after the Harvey Flood, when the Wyndham hotel was inundated with evacuees. Trina worked tirelessly to get cars, when there just weren't enough cars to go around in Houston, and was ALWAYS pleasant and courteous. I have heard several good comments from others staying at the hotel, so I know it's not just our particular experience.

I called other places before coming to this one & all of the people were rude or did not pick up the phone so decided to give them a shot. Glad I did! The new manager is super friendly/professional and Got our vehicle fast.. definitely coming back .. you won't be disappointed I promise!
