Another winter storm is set to blanket large swaths of North and Central Texas in freezing rain and frigid temperatures, causing potentially hazardous travel conditions across much of the state. The National Weather Service's Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin-San Antonio offices have issued winter storm warnings covering dozens of counties from Dallas in the north down to Bexar in the south. NWS's Houston and Galveston Office also issued a winter storm warning and winter storm advisory covering a slew of counties north of Houston.
