Five years later, Coldplay finally made it back to NRG Stadium and Martin performed the song, which he dubbed 'Houston No. 2' but added a new verse that fired up the crowd of more than 50,000 Sunday night, especially when he hit the line, 'No one in Houston's scared of a f—king hurricane.' Performing on a more intimate third stage set out in the middle of the stadium floor with Preston Wait from the Josh Abbott Band on the steel guitar, Martin played the nearly three-minute song dedicated to the city.
