Please don't waste your time here! Went in for a simple trim came out with damp frizzy hair. I didn't know my hair needed to be wet to trim James the stylist could have simply asked me to spray the ends of my hair with water and I would have simply waited for someone who could do it without spraying it. I went in with straight hair. I couldn't even see the trim. I was so upset. Look on google & yelp if your in need of a stylist!! Do your research it's worth it.

Looks can be deceiving about this chain of hair salons. I've been to this particular location quite a few times and each time I've been it's been extremely busy. By which I've never had to wait around forever either.The last time I was at this location I was short on time with only 30 minutes to spare but the beautician whom was working that day took care of me and had me on my way with exactly 5 minutes to spare with a great deal of shampoo and conditioner to treat my hair by which I got on sale! Each time I've been at this location all of the employees dealt with me in a kind, professional manner that had me smiling with great satisfaction on my way home(the bonus being a awesome job they did on my haircut) I suggest that everyone try this place once! You won't be disappointed!
